Manitoba outfitters hit hard by pandemic restrictions

Fall is the time of year when hunters from the United States make their way to the Great White North looking to bag the game of their choice.
Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, that will not be the case this year and that leaves outfitters throughout the province trying to survive in a world full of health restrictions.
John Procyshyn of South Shore Lodge of Winnipegosis provides guides for bear, bird and deer hunters, as well as fishermen and pretty much all of his clientele is from south of the border.
“It is a horrible year for me. I have zero per cent income,” he said.
