Rangers training camp around the corner

The Parkland Rangers are set to host their annual training camp, Sept. 25 to 27, at Credit Union Place in Dauphin.
The team held a series of conditioning sessions with about 40 players hitting the ice in the weeks leading up to the camp.
Rangers co-coach Tyler Carefoot expects to have similar numbers at their main camp.
“And if our precamp is any indication, we’re expecting a very competitive camp,” he said.
Although the full schedule has yet to be released, the regular season will start, Oct. 16.
Teams will be split into divisions, aligned according to their local health region.
The Rangers are in the West Division with the Brandon Wheat Kings, Southwest Cougars and Yellowhead Chiefs.
