Remote learning period going well: Ward

Mountain View School Division (MVSD) is half way through a two-week, provincially-mandated remote learning period for students in Grades 7 to 12 and things are going well.
The preparation done back in December when the initiative was first announced has paid off, MVSD superintendent and CEO Dan Ward said.
“I’ve been able to check in with our schools this week and it’s been going well. Most teachers have had an opportunity to reach out to their students,” Ward said.
